GreatMich.com Fishing Report and More....

I hope to be on the Carp River north of St Ignace to get a couple of steelhead before I head out deer hunting. I will be off to West Branch and deer camp early Saturday though. If I bag a deer though I will put the gun away and get out the steelhead gear and fish till ice up. Then it will be ice fishing and coyote hunting till the boat comes back out. I live the good life in the UP. Lately the Carp River has been full of high muddy water from recent rains so the fishing has been anything but good
