hope everyone can make it back out to safe ice this week, if you find safe ice and catch some fish let us know.
hey jptdman23, titelines! did you get out to check the ice near lansing after the rain? I was going to fish a lake east of ionia and was wondering how the ice is holding up. titelines.

its below freezing tonight jptdman23! talked to a buddy who said that guys were still on some lakes in the area with 4-5". ill be digging into them this weekend. titelines.

i hope so i fish on the grand river it takes a lot of cold to get enough ice

hey jp or ice dogs, you should check out lake lansing, when I lived down there i always did well on panfish in lake lansing and it should have better ice than the river.

i might try lake lansing this weekend is the ice holds up tight lines all

jp, bring your tip ups if you head to lake lansing, guys have been catching pike out in front of the beach on 5" of ice, use caution if you go there were guys fishing it today from what I heard. try to find the weedbeds.

hey jptdman23! did you get out to lake lansing this weekend? i fished a small lake near portland and fishing was pretty slow, managed a few small gills and a couple nice perch. 4" of ice. titelines.
