Wow is basically all I can say. A new friend of mine Lew Adamson,
met up with Russ and Jim at the dock of the St. Joe River at 6:00am on
Friday.
The weather was very questionable and windy. It basically went like
this fish on, fish on, fish on, fish on, until we got blew off. It was
amazing to watch
Mike Boyd of Coldwater
Charters work. He knew what would catch fish and it was non stop
the moment we got the rods set. All the rods were not set before we had
our first fish on. Lew was a new Great Lakes fisherman and was
asking a lot of questions about how Mike setup his various rods. Mike
explained to
Lew how he ran each of the rods, colors, depths, speeds and lengths.
That is what is great about Mike, he very free with his
information and can
help anyone who charters with him to catch fish on there own boat. This
was my second trip with Mike and I was expecting alot of 3 and 4
pound fish
but that wasn't the case they were mostly the 10 to 17 # fish this
year. We caught 10 fish in about 3 hours and then the weather got to
wild for us to stay on any
longer. We had a triple and a double on which made it very exciting.
Mike Boyd of Coldwater
Charters knows his stuff and will make it an experience
that you will never forget. The spring fishing is hot hot right now
please call Mike @ 517-279-7779 or

Here are the pics!!!!

Mike Boyd will clean your fish and you get to take home the fillets any
way you want. Mike thanks for the great fishing. I was home
