Fished East Travers Bay this Holiday weekend for salmon. The fishing was poor, we caught on King over the three days.

Fished 8-28 thru 8-29 11 fish 9 kings 2 coho 121 lbs .Fish scattered.What a blast! Everyone at the launch either hit them or missed.

fished hard thursday thru sunday out of Ludington and picked up only two fish per trip. top water temp was 70 degrees. everyone in the marina I stayed in appeared to have the same issue.

what happen to rogers city - it looked like a ghost town for the big rogers city salmon toury - down from 350 plus boats to 14 boats this year - first time in 23 years that we DID NOT catch a salmon in the toury . i have only been there a few times this year - no fish and no fisherman . I LOVE ROGERS CITY PLEASE SEND HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS SHADY

Fished all 3 mornings this weekend in Oscoda for salmon. Never saw a salmon get caught, although I heard of 3 total being landed. We did manage an 8.5 LB Walleye on a fishcatcher/fly, a 20" eye on a Wonderbread J-Plug, and other 20" eye on a Yellowtail Silver streak. Also took a 30" Sheephead on a Silver Screwball. Nice weather, flat water, still no salmon.

Went 4/6 (3 Salmon/1 Lake Trout) out of St. Joe this morning in 85-95 FOW. One on a full core with a mag purple spoon. This set up also took another hit that never hooked up. 2 on a white fly/fish catcher off a dipset on 2 1/2 out 90'. The 2 misses both came off the slider on a rigger down 70ish. The Laker came off a rigger down 80' in 115' FOW. 6 of the 7 bites came before the sun was up--after that it was ssslllloooowwwww.....
