Fished the first and second set of plugs plast the spoils Island this morning from 8-1 with a little better success today. Between the two of us we managed to put 27 in the cooler. They were ok sized but nothing like a week ago. Fish shut off around 10:30 today. Not fast and furious but there are some nice perch in the area. You just need to be patient right now. It will get better, alot beter!

Fish at the first set of plugs past the Island and the perchin was slow today with an abundance of trash fish that helped pass the time. Perch were smaller than last week. 2 of us fished from 7-2 and only had 16 in the cooler. Probably tossed back 10. Water was turned up a little more than last week as well. Winds gonna switch to the SW tomorrow so we will try again.

Heading up Saturday the 13th, for our yearly perch trip a little earlier than we normally go. I was wondering how the Perch were biting? DNR report says nothing, AAA says okay. Just wondering if anybody had heard. Thanks

We usually go out of Sterling State Park stay about 23' water and do well however, we always hear about the E-Bouy, and Boules Harbor. Can someone please point us in the right direction to these marks from Sterling?

Fished Monday morning till about 2. Caught a ton of perch and they were mostly 9-11" Best perching I've had in years! Went out of the Saginaw To the first set of plugs past the Island. Fish shut off about 1 and only caught a few small ones between 1-2.

Took two man limit on perch today out at the E-bouy 8-10 inches weeded through about 200 to get 2 man limit went through 12 dozen minnows and the bucket was on the heavy side. was going to go out on monday but the waves are going to be 2-4 foot. good luck
